Laundry detergent is not sexy stuff. And if you’re anything like me, you probably never think about stain remover until it’s way too late. Shout gets that and their new campaign is designed to make you chuckle a little bit and (hopefully) make you remember to pick up some Shout the next time you’re standing in front of a wall of detergents and stain removers.

They also get a round of applause from us for showcasing excellent customer service and responding to all of the comments under each photo. One of our biggest pet peeves is a page with lots of customer engagement and literal crickets from the brand. Social media gives you the unique opportunity to chat in real time with your customers, clients and brand loyalists, make sure you’re not leaving them hanging.
